Resulting IT is an independent, client-side Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software consultancy specialist, providing clients with advisory services and supporting them to develop their ERP strategies.
As a high growth technology consultancy with a clearly differentiated proposition, operating in a market with significant long-term growth potential, and with a management team motivated to drive and capitalise on the continued growth of the business, a private equity transaction provided an attractive option for the vendors to de-risk whilst realising the future upside potential.
