Jason possesses significant experience, specialising in M&A and Corporate Finance services, advising on multiple sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity, corporates and owner-managed businesses, across a number of sectors spanning the whole value range.

Jane spent the early part of her career advising private equity, corporates and owner managed businesses on their transaction activity. Most recently, Jane has held a number of senior positions at a £4 billion revenue privately-owned business, leading on the acquisition and integration of 10 businesses, and with overall responsibility for shareholder relations, business planning and strategy, financial reporting and treasury.
