Blacksquare Advisory was initially appointed to advise on a capital structure reorganisation, then 18 months later, we were retained to advise on the considerations in relation to the impending activation of put and call options for the minority investor and the company respectively.

Blacksquare Advisory provided bespoke technical advice to a large mobility solutions provider, in relation to a capital structure reorganisation required as part of a large debt re-financing, and 18 months later, separately undertook detailed strategic and modelling analysis to evaluate alternative options with respect to maturing derivative contracts.
